Karen's Apple Rose Puff Pastry is a signature offering at breakfast time. Made the morning it is served, it is made of thinly-sliced sweet apple, cinnamon and brown sugar, rolled into a thin sheet of pastry and baked to a handsome light brown. It is then dusted with powdered sugar and served with fresh berries - in this case, blackberries, raspberries and blueberries. A visual and tasteful treat!
