Karen loves chocolate!

One of her favorite dishes to serve our guests is a clafouti (or, as the French spell it ... clafoutis), which is a baked French dessert of fruit, arranged in a dish, and covered with a thick flan-like batter.

Four peach-and-raspberry clafoutis nearing perfection, soon to be served to our guests!

Clafoutis are creamy and sweet, with a hint of tart.
