Fall colors here are not flashy, but when cold weather turns the Cottonwood trees' leaves yellow, a ribbon of fall beauty flows along the Verde River and then up the slops within the Verde Valley.

Red rocks of Sedona glow in the distance, with trees clad in orange and yellow in the mid-ground and a cozy seating area in the foreground, surrounded by dark green grass.
